This wine represents the pick of our production.

All Sangiovese used for this Riserva comes from the single vineyard of Fontelontano.

The name “Fontelontano” is linked to the presence of a water source where in the old times people used to get their water for their homes. The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is produced from this vineyard only in the best vintages.

This wine is the soul of the Collemattoni production and represents the quintessential potential of the Sangiovese grape.

The result is a wine of absolute class and elegance, the best representation of this prestigious land.

Rosso di Montalcino is the ideal starting point for the understanding the true expression of Montalcino wine area.

A Rosso with a great character, the fruitiness of a young wine but with the intensity that only the Montalcino terroir is capable to create.

This blend of Sangiovese and Merlot is a pleasant interpretation of a contemporary wine with a good balance, fruitiness and a nice persistence on the palate. A wine for every occasion!
The choice to call it Adone is a direct tribute to Adon Bucci, Marcello’s father, who started the Collemattoni contemporary adventure.
In the Greek mythology Adone is also representing the beauty and for Collemattoni this wine is a further tribute to the beauty of Montalcino area and to its people.

Last born inside the Collemattoni winery, this rosato wine represents the new challenge in a region that has been always specialized in great aged red wines.
